To request a New webshare, Add User to a M: Share, Delete User from Group, Request a New M: Share, open your favorite browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari) in the address bar type help and then press your enter (return) key, or if 'off campus' use this link: help.

Add a User to a Group: To add a member to a share or webshare, find someone who is already a member of the share and that individual can log into "help" and click Add a User to a Group.

Note: It is a good idea to have the NetID usernames of the people that you want to have access to the folder.

New Webshare: Use your NetID credentials to log in. On the left-hand side, under Service Requests, look for the link that says, New Webshare. Please be sure a Webshare is what you want; as the contents will be publically available as web pages.
